Mrs Jagboro was born on 5th August 1956 to the family of late Pa Michael Adewumi Bello Owotunse of Odo Afin Kabba.
She attended St Mary’s Primary School Kabba
and thereafter attended St Monica’s College Kabba from 1973-1978 were she was the Head girl 1978.
She also attended Kabba Teachers College 1978-79
She studied nursing at School of Nursing Benin City from 1979-1982.
School of Midwifery Ilorin 1985 – 1986
Still in quest for knowledge she went to Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka Lagos 1991 – 1993 where she obtained Technical Teachers Diploma.
She held Bsc (Hons) Health Education with Upper Credit Division at University of Nigeria Nsukka 1998-2001
MSc in Social Work (Health Care Option) at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso 2010-2012.
An ASCONIAN of Administrative Staff College of Nigeria Badagry 2004 Human Resources Management.
She served as Vice Principal (Administration) School of Nursing Obangede for 11 years.
She also served as Midwifery Coordinator in the Republic of The Gambia as member of Nigeria Technical Aid Corps 2007-2009
She is a member of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Examiner and Inspector till date.
She has written some Christian books and other professional books.
She is married to Pastor Moses M Jagboro and the marriage is blessed with 4 children and a grandchild.
Kogi state college of education (Technical) kabba has been granted approval by National Commission for Colleges of Education ,(NCCE) Abuja to run full Nigeria certificate in education (NCE), Technical programmes with effect from 2012/2013 academic session.Kogi state College of Education (Technical) Kabba, was established in april 2010, through a bill passed by the state House of Assembly and signed into law by his excellency, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Idris, the then Executive Governor of Kogi State
Out of about sixty-four (64) Colleges of Education in Nigeria, there are eight (8) Colleges of Education (Technical), Two of which are owned by state governments including kogi State .College of Education (Technical) Kabba,The remaining six are owned by the federal Government.
The college currently operates from its take-off site. The academic area is located at Egbeda-Kabba and the administrative area is at Gbeleko-Kabba and the Students hostel are located at Okedayo- Kabba. The three site are within close range of each other
It has always been the strong desire of the schools’ founding father that the programme of activities of the school be carefully designed to provide an enabling environment for the child to achive a good all-round education.
To develop a functional and sustainable Teachers, Technical and Vocational Education programme for kogi state and Nigeris where student can acquire entrepreneurship skills, knowledge and attitude relrvant to the present and future economic needs of kogi state in particuler and nigeria general.
