A formal Permanent Member One and immediate past Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor on Political Matters, Hon. Audu Yahaya Okumoh has expressed sadness over the devastating news of the death of Alhaji Abdulateef Suleiman, Personal Assistant to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
In his condolences statement, Okumoh commiserates with the family of late Lateef, Governor Bello, the good people of Kogi Central and the entire Kogi State Government. He described the death as a big loss to the progressive family of Kogi and beyond.
Okumoh said grieving for the loss of someone can be a difficult thing, and much more difficult when it’s someone in person of Lateef. He noted that Lateef was a gallant Comrade who lived a life of peace and kindness, he will truly be missed.
“Although he is not with us anymore but the memories shall always be with us. I pray Allah lessen the pain we are feeling right now and forgive him of all his shortcomings and grant him Aljannal Firdaus.” Okumoh concluded.
