The Commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic planning,who doubles as the Forum chairman of all commissioners, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, FCA, has congratulated the senator representing Kogi west in the red chamber on his deserving victory at the kogi state national assembly election petition tribunal against the litigant,Dino Melaiye of the PDP.
MAAI expressed joy and happiness at the breaking of the deserving victory, saying the petitioners case was unecessary owing to the fact that it lacks substance and merit.
Asiwaju said with great optimism that the victory at the tribunal is assured, premised on the fact that the petitioners case from foundation is based on hearsay and on unsubstantiated points in which the respected jurist further amplified in their judgement.
He enjoined Senator Smart Adeyemi, CON to see this victory firstly, as an act of God Almighty, an evidence that free and credible electioneering process brought him to the seat, also a further improvement on our democratic practice and jurispudence, most importantly, an opportunity to be more dedicated and selfless in the service of his senatorial constituents who willingly voted him. As said by the court, the election held on the 16th and 30th of November 2019 was an undeniable victory for APC and her candidate DSSA.
Mukadam joined other party stakeholders, Stalwarts, faithfuls, and all APC members in kogi west senatorial district to congratulate the leader of the progressives in kogi state, His Excellency,Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello on the victory of DSSA at the tribunal, saying his quality leadership style has been a source of inspiration, courage and Victory to all progressives in the west senatorial district and the state at large.
