The Benin High Court has dismissed the suit against Comrade Osahon Obasuyi, challenging his election as Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Edo State.
The presiding Judge ruled that the case lacked merit and fined the plaintiff with the sum of #30,000 only.
Comrade Obasuyi and his executives has been affirmed winner of the November 20, 2018 NYCN Elective Congress which held in Fugar, Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo State, by the court.
