On this auspicious occasion of Eid-el-fitri, I rejoice with Governor Yahaya Bello, the good people of Kogi state he governs and my Muslim brothers and sisters all over the world.
Amidst the pandemic that has caused so much panic across the world, Eid is a day to be grateful to Allah for all of his heavenly blessings on us. We still should welcome it as a day to cheer and to laugh with all our hearts.
Even though the festival marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan were a lot of prayers have been made to God, I urge that we continue to live that holy life even beyond the festive season.
May the light of the moon fall directly on you and Allah bless you with everything you desire today.
