COMMISSIONER FOR EDUCATION INSPECT UBE MODEL SCHOOL IJAGBE.
The Commissioner for Education in Kogi State, Hon. Wemi along with Senior Special Assistant for Mopamuro, Kabba/bunu and Ijunu Local Government Areas inspect the UBEC Model School in Ijagba Mopa of Mopamuro Local Government today.
The commissioner was very amazed with the quality of structure he met in the proposed school, hence, he promised to take the issue up to ensure that the government takes full responsibility of bringing it to use.
The commissioner also promised to take immediate proactive measures in conjunction with the SSA Security for Mopamuro LGA to disband the use of the structure as hideout by hoodlums, saying, the Federal Government cannot incure such amount of money on a project like this and be left redundant. He further assured the Ijagbe community and the Local government as well as Okun land in general of immediate response of the government.
