THE SSA TO THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR KOGI STATE ON SECURITY MATTERS FOR MOPAMURO LGA, HON MOSES SUNDAY DAVID ALUMO FELICITATES WITH THE PEOPLE OF MOPAMURO LGA DURING THIS EASTER!
On this significant period when the Christian brethren commemorates the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the salvation of mankind, I send a very special greetings to the good people of Mopamuro Local Government Area.
I so much believe that during the last 40 days of fasting and prayers with alms-giving which ushered in this Easter Celebrations, our people were very fervent in prayers for our dear Local Government, the State and the entire Nation as well as for themselves for God’s favor, grace and divine mercy.
“He enjoined all to inculcate the spirit of sacrificing and giving to our fellow man just as Christ did for the redemption of mankind”
This easter celebration has also come at a time the Nation and the entire world is bessetted with global difficulties in the hands of COVID-19.
“I urge all citizens of the Local Government and State to be cautious and observe high- level of personal hygiene practices, such as constant washing of hands with soap and running water, with application of hand sanitizer and as well, observe social distancing in order to curtailing the spread of the pandemic virus. He said”.
He further implore all to earnestly pray this Easter, that God Almighty who has brought us thus far should continue to bless our dear Local Government as we proceed in the fulfillment of our collective visions for a new, truly united, strong and prosperous state.
