The toughest job is joblessness.
To many, its;
– a threat to their ego
– a sign of laziness
– a symtom of uselessness
These ideologies have push many to “do something” even if it’s nonsense, in fact, really nothing.
Many get caught in the rat race, in their quest to find answer to “what are you doing now?”
Especially, after graduation from school, or loss of job, or just searching….
Keep these facts closely
It is believed that whatever you spend 8 hours a day doing consistently for 10 years takes you to the top 3%.
(8-10 Principle).
It suggests that whatever you spend 10,000 hours doing takes you to a point of mastery.
This principle works like fire!
Of course, yours may be different timing, but the idea is consistency and persistence.
Alastair Campbell has alot of facts on this; how great men like Bill Gates, Tony Blair and those at the top of their endeavors used this.
Bishop Tudor Bismark would testify how he would pray 8 hours daily, and study for several hours daily in those days when there was no invitation for ministrations, no recognition, no pressure,…just nothing!
Joblessness!
Investing “free days”
Just like he described his turning point, he confessed how he stumbled on platforms that granted him global recognition by “mistakes”…
Unplanned topic,
Unplanned outfits,
Impromptu platforms,
Just mistakes!
But, Investments made in the days of joblessness made sense even when opportunities came unplanned!
They shot him from a small Africa country of Zimbabwe to the world.
I honour him and Munroe, they defiled geographical limitations.
Now,
This is the point!
Beware of being in haste!
In haste to be busy.
Do you know the gift of not having anyone inviting you?
Not having a job?
Not having any responsibility?
Being single?
Joblessness!
Do you know the value the gift of having time?
These are days to maximize your 8 hours daily!
Of investing 10,000 hours in your life!
Hope you are not in haste!
Hope you are not spending your free days searching for busyness, ignoring investing in yourself.
What do you do with your “Cave of Adullam”?
These are days to invest in prayers, studies, meditation, writing, composing songs, strengthening your convictions…
When God would give you messages or songs without platforms,
Skills without job,
Ideas without opportunity.
They are for a season!
The time cometh!
And it shall come to pass!
It will be too late preparing when your day comes!
No one rehearses on stage!
Learn to be alone.
Be comfortable with you.
How many waste their time in filling their days of joblessness in unnecessary jobs, relationships, chatting…
These are days to feel lonely!
Not days to look for an opposite to “while a way time!”
You will pay for those days!
That you are jobless does not mean you should be idle!
Neither does it mean you should be busy.
It means you should invest in your business.
God could keep a man away from recognition for a time to help him build.
To develop depth for great height!
When you become too busy with manifestation, it is what you did in your days of joblessness that will speak for you.
Before the world starts looking for you, eat for the journey!
The trumpet may not sound before your breakthrough comes.
It may come silently and suddenly!
Prepare for sudden!
Maximize your days of joblessness!
“Teach us to number our days!”
Listen to this teaching.
